V35 activation is scheduled in the reviewed release build at block 514291. It remains inactive until the chain reaches that height.

Recommended node 1.0.13 Stable / wallet 1.0.2 GitHub Releases and SHA256 checksums are published. Website/operator guide 1.0.6 contains the current Node 1.0.13 Stable link update. Download ready JARs only from the official release pages and verify SHA256 before running.

No founder burn has occurred. No user action is required yet.

Do not use draft or dry-run artifacts as a final production release. Operators and exchanges must wait for final tagged artifacts.

Use only official final release artifacts and checksums. Do not send coins to unofficial or fake burn addresses.

Node/server 1.0.13 Stable

Update node infrastructure to 1.0.13 Stable before V35 activation block 514291. This is an emergency stability fix after Node 1.0.12 OOM, not a consensus change.

Node 1.0.13 Stable keeps peer/network limits, bounds peer diagnostic state, bounds temporary peer work, adds a memory guard for non-critical peer work, improves safer peer synchronization, and keeps a hard node log cap targeting under 10MB in stable mode. Diagnostics and heavy forensics are disabled by default.

Miners should update wallet/miner to 1.0.2. The wallet shows mining submission diagnostics for block found, submit URL, status, and response.
