V35 activation is scheduled at block 514291. Mining remains pre-fork until the chain reaches that height.
Manual difficulty is legacy-only after V35.

- One block reward = 6 GOLD instant + jackpot ticket.
- No founder reward after V35.
- Bitcoin-like target difficulty: hash <= target.
- Emergency difficulty easing is part of the V35 safety model.
- cumulativeWork decides stronger chain after V35.
